Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance, BC/Yukon Region, (the “Society”) will be held on Saturday, the 9th day of December 2023, at 4:30pm PT, in person and simulcast via Zoom online, for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statements for the Society for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 and the reports of the Directors on such financial statements.
- To receive the report of the Directors to the Members.
- Election of Directors to vacant positions. (One (1) Southwestern Zone, one (1) Thompson/Okanagan Zone, one (1) Northern Zone and one (1) Director at Large)
- To approve the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
Only eligible Members of the Society are entitled to vote at the Meeting. Each eligible Member is entitled to one vote, which may be cast by the Member. Accompanying this Notice is an Information Package containing information relative to the business to be conducted at the Meeting.

This Information Package is furnished in connection with the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance, BC/Yukon Region (the “Society”) to be held on Saturday, December 9th, 2023, and for the purposes set forth in the accompanying Notice of Meeting.
VOTING MEMBERS AND PROCEDURES
Each eligible Member of the Society is entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Meeting. Each Member has one vote, which may be cast at the Meeting by the Member.

The Directors of the Society are not aware of any matters to come before the Meeting other than those set forth in the Notice of Meeting.
APPROVALS AND SIGNATURE
The Board of Directors of the Society has approved the contents of this Information Package and the sending of it to each Member entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting and to each Director of the Society.
