As part of International Women’s Day, we invite you to meet the Women of the Board.

This year’s guiding theme from the International Women’s Day Charity Alliance, Inspire Inclusion, calls us to “celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness and actively work towards gender parity.”

“Inspire Inclusion” aligns with the CSIA AMSC mission to create an empowering environment where every woman-identifying member in our organization feels valued, supported, and inspired to pursue their skiing and teaching goals.

Years of experience on the Board: 3.5

Why did you join the Board? To be involved with the ski industry in a more impactful way.

Groomers or off-piste? That’s hard…. Off-piste, just.

Favourite trail or area to ski? In Whistler, it’s Diamond and Sapphire bowls in the Spanky’s ladder area on Blackcomb.

Pre-ski coffee or après beer? Why not both!??

Favourite ski memory? So many to choose from…. Any early morning session with friends and colleagues at Whistler Blackcomb, particularly in the early season when the sun has just risen. When there’s also 10-20cm of fresh snow is the cherry on top.

Pre-ski coffee or après beer? That’s too hard to answer!

Favourite ski memory? Currently it’s hearing my 3 year old talk all about how his ski lesson went and getting to take him skiing
