NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance, B.C. Region, (the “Society”) will be held on Sunday, the 4th day of December 2022, at 4pm PT, in person and simulcast via Zoom online, for the following purposes:
- To receive the financial statements for the Society for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 and the reports of the Directors on such financial statements.
- To receive the report of the Directors to the Members.
- Election of Directors to vacant positions. (Two (2) Southwestern Zone, one (1) Kootenay Zone)
- To approve the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
Only eligible Members of the Society are entitled to vote at the Meeting. Each eligible Member is entitled to one vote, which may be cast by the Member. Accompanying this Notice is an Information Package containing information relative to the business to be conducted at the Meeting.

This Information Package is furnished in connection with the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance, B.C. Region (the “Society”) to be held on Sunday, December 4th, 2022, and for the purposes set forth in the accompanying Notice of Meeting.
VOTING MEMBERS AND PROCEDURES
Each eligible Member of the Society is entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Meeting. Each Member has one vote, which may be cast at the Meeting by the Member.
Voting is to be done by a show of hands (in-person) and Zoom poll for those on-line. If you are unable to attend the AGM in-person or on-line, you can fill out a proxy vote via the button below. Deadline for submitting a proxy vote is November 30th, 2022.

The Board of Directors of the Society has approved the contents of this Information Package and the sending of it to each Member entitled to receive notice of the Annual General Meeting and to each Director of the Society.
